#198 Superheavy 'Mechs - Improper Crits for Different Armor and Structure Types

When building superheavy 'mechs, the amount of critical slots required for structural components like Endo-Steel and Ferro Fibrous aren't being halved. Oddly enough, the Inner Sphere version of Endo-Steel does have its critical slots halved.

Endo Steel is working correctly - Per FM3145 - "occupies 7 slots on the Superheavy ’Mech’s Critical Hit Table" the assign criticals tab shows 7 Endo steel slots to apply.

However there appears to be an issue with the armor types not halving criticals.
