Under equipment.txt, prototype RL's are listed as IS techbase, but still show up with a (Clan) tag in MM unitview.
That's on purpose, they were developed by the Pentagon powers before Operation Klondike, that's pre-clan.
The (Clan) should however not appear there, fixed that in [r10733].
