#4063 Mixed Tech MASC verification failure

Building the Bakeneko. Megamek verifier forces MASC to be the same techbase as the chassis. The 55 ton Bakeneko has an IS chassis but uses Clan MASC (located in the center torso). The MM unit verifier will prevent the unit from loading because an IS MASC would be 3 crits in the CT, whereas the Clan MASC only takes 2 crits.

Fixed in [r10675]. Now for tonnage and criticals, MASC uses its own tech level to determine whether the MASC is clan or IS, instead of the techlevel of the chassis.

Note that you currently can't select between IS and Clan MASC for mixed-tech units in MML yet, so for now you will have to edit the MTF file.
