#3991 Dagger DAR4-XP armor type

According to XTR Davion, the Dagger uses ferro-aluminum armor, with 77 points in the nose, 62 points on each wing, and 50 points on the rear. However, this armor distribution is wrong by 1 point of armor, and results in an overweight unit.

The current Dagger DAR4-XP .blk file switches to heavy ferro-aluminum to make up for it. However, the heavy ferro results in a unit that is underweight. The easiest way to correct this is to use ferro-aluminum armor with a distribution of 77/62/62/49, i.e. drop one point of armor from the rear.
