#6 MegaHAL in C++

I've rewritten MegaHAL in C++
(completely independent of this sourceforge project...I
used the v8.6 code)

It should be much easier to bind MegaHAL to
IRC/IM/CGI scripts than it is with the C version. The C++
version is capable of reading and writing to the same
BRAIN format files that v8.6 uses.
