Is there someone who compiled MegaHal on FreeBSD
because I can't seem to get it to work....

Change the includes for malloc.h to stdlib.h, and remove the
    include to getopt.h.
I think you then have to remove one reference to a function
in getopt.h somewhere, but you can probbaly work out which ones.

cant compile in freebsd 5.0 .. it uses <malloc.h> .. that makes
the compiler spew chunks... malloc.h is replaced with stdlib.h
in freebsd. The suggested fix dosn't do it :( In Make .. it
    yields:
    .././megahal.mod/megahal.c:2873: syntax error before `1.16'
    .././megahal.mod/megahal.c:2907: numeric constant contains
    digits beyond the radix
