MeetWeb v0.4 released

We are pleased to announce the availability of the MeetWeb v0.4 release with enhanced database support. Both MySQL and MySQLi are now supported.

E-mail notifications can be truned on/off.

Requirements: PHP ver. >= 5.0, PHP (Windows only) ver. >= 5.2.1, MySQL version >= 4.0

No changes to database schema done.
