Read Me

Meerkat is a distribute information routing and locating service. It can locate pieces of information on large networks as long as one has the information id. It can also host actual threads of execution that are referred to as information is, by id. It is this that gives meerkat its power.
Threads are lightweight and they are migrated as is information. All nodes on the meerkat network should all have about the same load.
