#73 build catalan help files

We need this file in order to build the SLM, which we'd
need at runtime to extract help.

To build the SLM we need to update this file, which
i've copied over from French:
MedSLT2/Cat/SLM/scripts/headache_tagging_grammar_spec.pl

a good start would be to add translations for the words
in the list.
