Healthcare are sitting on siloes/ill informed/Centralized/insecure/not having patient compliant medical records data and it is ever increasing. Even when Patient & healthcare professional figure out monetization channel, there is almost negligible framework to support in terms of catering the whole medical record. It is old fashioned and time consuming processes (listed below) -

i.) Healthcare professionals spend 50 to 55% of their time to collect and update the medical records. This is waste of time for them and better system of care is not developed.

ii.) Research team will have diverse and volume of medical record to do their research work .

iii.) Healthcare professional doesn’t have a real time updated record to work on critical emergency.

                    Iv) For patients and professionals & in Insurance chain, the present system is incredibly slow & inflexible  
                          Increases a cost in whole claim process
                  V)  Healthcare professional currently have challenges like duplicate patient records , profiling of medical      records,               
                         metadata discovery , data cleansing , classification of medical records, bucketization,  anomaly discovery

        Proposed Solution

Medrechaincode is based on blockchain technology which uses a distributed ledger to store the medical records in decentralized node. This solution will help healthcare professional

1. As pre & post operation Medicare is taken care by nurses and junior doctors and Surgeon focusses on operation techniques, in       the same time  platform will take care of data preparation, curation and validation.

Data will be accessible via unique key so it is single source of truth and secure & Granting the access of medical record via private permissioned blockchain.
Solution will have shared infrastructure so no need of dedicated infrastructure is needed by healthcare agency or hospital .
Solution will help classified decentralized network node address for specific critical diseases that will help R&D to come up with specific and accurate disease solution based on clinical trial.
By using this platform patient can negotiate their clinical charges or procedure on real time.
