#9 Local content

Intranet (and personal - i.e. !internet) needs to have
the ability to put in some local content.

This field would not get updated by the normal
mechanism of internet->internet download (and therefore
the local content would not get lost)

I have set up a field 'local' in the sql for the
meditute page.
content abilities the same as the main content field.
