Media XW / News: Recent posts

Due to my inefficiency I wasn't capable to create the releases in time, which means, that the project is several months behind its schedule. Therefore I consider it as failed. Further development of this project will only take place for my private use, so no new releases are to be expected. The only part, that will be updated from time to time, is the CVS repository.

The MediaxW sources have now moved from the ZoranNT to this project CVS. Some shared sources are still in the ZoranNT repository, but that shouldn't be a problem. I've created a set of scripts, which help in downloading from the various CVS repositories. Just download the DownloadSourceHelper-x.y.z.zip package, extract it and run the DownloadMediaXW.bat script. Additional information is available in the readme of the package.... read more

1. The code will be moved from the Zoran NT CVS to the Media XW CVS soon.

2. I'm writing a replacement for the AVI splitter/demultiplexer filters, that come with DirectShow. This is why the next release might take some more time.

3. Additionally I'm working on some FLAC filters.

From now on the Zoran NT codecs package will be hosted here. From now on you should use this project page for all communication regarding the codecs.
