I don't like storing my lastfm password in plaintext inside the mediatomb configuration file. lastfmlib supports supplying a md5-hashed password and this patch adds support for doing so to mediatomb.

Using this patch, the configuration can be made as follows:
<extended-runtime-options>
<lastfm enabled="yes" hashed-password="yes">
<username>user</username>
<password>PASSWORD_HASH_HERE</password>
</lastfm>
</extended-runtime-options>

The feature is opt-in using the hashed-password attribute and therefore doesn't brake existing configurations.

    Thanks, I'll have a look! Now that 0.12 is released I will finally have time to go through all the patches.
