I recently installed mediatomb and do not understand how the database is
updated.
At the beginning, database was ok, but I added some new files with wrong
metadata, so an album which does not exist has been created. I corrected
the metadata and was expecting that this album will disappear, and that
the files in it will appear in the right album, but this is not the
case: the wrong album is still there even after restarting mediatomb.
It seems that I can add new files, but that it is impossible to remove
files from the database.
Thank you for helping.
BTW: what is a good dlna client to browse photo catalogues?
