    Hi guys,

I would really like to use mediatomb for my DLNA needs but I can't get my Sony player to see it. I am on ubuntu 10.04 and using stock mediatomb 0.12.0. The BDP-S370 firmware has been upgraded to the latest M03.R.695.

To diagnose the issue, I ran mediatomb in debug mode. With stock config.xml there is no communication between the player and the mediatomb server. If I change protocolInfo extend="no" to "yes", the devices start to talk. This exerpt is from the log:

If I connect with another computer, mediatomb works flawlessly (and spews out a bunch of things into the log). So how do I wrestle my player into detecting mediatomb?

    Thanks,
    Andrej

I'm also having problems with this, so that's two votes for help.  :)
