I try to transcode MTS files (AVCHD from Panasonic TZ10) to MPEG to use it on my Philips TV using DLNA. I think that my old Linux Notebook might be too slow to transcode them on the fly, but I was wondering wether I could change the buffersize, chunk-size and fill-size parameters in the transcoding profile. But unfortuneatly I did not find any information what these three parameters mean and how they interact.
It would be great if someone could put some light on this.
Thanks and regards
