I don't have all my media files sorted out, sadly. There's 5TB of them and it will take me a while.
In the meantime I'm just trying to add the directories in Mediatomb so that my TV can see and use them. It's mainly successful although Mediatomb has crashed several times with corrupted database problems.
I'm wondering if there's some way to restrict what filetypes Mediatomb adds to the database, this would drastically cut down on how much it had to handle, and how much scrolling I need to do on the TV.
Basically you can apply whatever filter you like by playing with the import.js script. Have a look here
