    is there a sample config.xml somewhere?  The instructions in the README are a little confusing on what the schema is.

    I currently have this, but it is not liking it.  It says error line 20, which is the import tag. I don't see anything wrong with it.

    <config>
            <server>
                    <name>Iggy</name>
                    <modelName>MediaTomb</modelName>
                    <modelNumber>0.9.0</modelNumber>
                    <home>/d2/home/mediaserver</home>
                    <webroot>/usr/local/mediatomb/share/mediatomb/web</webroot>
                    <ui enabled="yes" poll-interval="2" poll-when-idle="no">
                            <accounts enabled="yes" session-timeout="30">
                                    <account user="parent" password="parent"/>
                                    <account user="kids" password="kids"/>
                            </accounts>
                            <items-per-page default="25/>
                    </ui>

            </server>
            <import hidden-files="no">
                    <!-- change type to 'js' for custom -->
                    <virtual-layout type="builtin">
                    </virtual-layout>
                    <magic-file>/usr/local/share/file/magic</magic-file>
                    <autoscan>
                            <directory location="/d2/home/pub/share" mode="timed" interval="3600" level="basic" recursive="yes"/>                                                                                                                   </autoscan>
            </import>
    </config>

    Thanks,

    ~S

      well, upon the first startup the server will automatically create a default config.xml, you will find it in  ~/.mediatomb/config.xml

      I did not evaluate your config, simply let MediaTomb create the default configuration and then edit it to fit your needs.

      Btw, regarding accounts, just a notice: you can have several accounts, but the permissions are the same; there are no per-user permissions yet.

      Greetings,
      Jin

      Thanks.  Yeah, with accounts, I just did that to remind me that it might be a feature at some time.  I will try that with ~/.mediatomb/config.xml.
