    I have some information to get linear PCM with Samsung TVs. Apparently it needs some more information in the headers: DLNA.ORG_PN=LPCM;DLNA.ORG_OP=01;DLNA.ORG_CI=0;DLNA.ORG_FLAGS=61F00000000000000000000000000000

    The flags are different from the Flags needed for streaming videos. Additionally, the following mime type mapping is needed:
    <map from="wav" to="audio/L16;rate=44100;channels=2"/>

    The mapping should of course match the actual format of the wav file. As far as I know, the TV supports 44100 with 1 or 2 channels and 48000 with 2 channels. Sample format has to be 16 bit big endian.

    Next 2 thins for me to try will be to feed a AC3 stream with SPDIF framing to the TV - this works via HDMI, so hopefully it will also work via DLNA, and second on the fly transcoding of flacs - dont know why, but this does not work …
