The file the works is on /ext/videos/RatatouilleTrailer.mp4

however the same file copied to /ext/videos/RatatoilleTrailer.mp4 does not work, i get data is corrupt

    any ideas

      Hi,

was this directory set to autoscan or did you reimport the media after moving the files on disk?

      Or are you saying that:
you have the files located in /ext/videos/
you add /ext/videos/ to the MT database
      all works fine

you remove those files from MT database
      you move them to /ext/videos/movies/
you add them to the database
      playback does not work

Did I understand that correctly? Are you also sure that permissions were not changed, etc.?

      Kind regards,
      Jin
