I just purchased a Sony SMP-N100 http://www.sonystyle.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay?catalogId=10551&storeId=10151&langId=-1&productId=8198552921666261253. It runs a modified version of the PS3 XMB. It's not seeing my mediatomb installation running under linux. My PS3 is able to see it with no problems. Has anyone been able to get this to work with this Sony product? Thanks
I've tested and this device is able to see other DLNA/uPnP servers such as miniDLNA and TwonkyMedia Server. Is there any troubleshooting I can perform to help in getting support for this device?
I have a sonly blu-ray player that claims to support DLNA, but it doesn't see mediatomb on my network. Model BDP-BX37. I wonder if dfresh4130 had any lock…
bsdimp I am currently in the same boat I have the BPD-BX57 and can get the player to see the server via Network Diagnostic but it fails to connect with the error "The server does not support DLNA." I can only assume that something is not configured correctly as it is clearly stated that MediaTomb is a DLNA compatible server.
Did anyone resolve this?
