    Im trying now a while to get the custom Movie Thumbnails to run. Allways when i try to Access the /tmp/mt_transcode_DSDSF Files Mediatomb stop working. mt-poster crashes and the cp command too.
    I tried many other ways like cat >> to file or some ugly other things. But allways i touch the file with Mediatombs External Script is the same result.

    here the modified mt-poster script that i use:

    #!/bin/bash

    POSTERPATH="/media/poster";
    LOGGING=1;
    LOGFILE="/var/log/mediatomb/transcode.log";
    ###########################################################
    function log {
            if  ; then
                    echo -e "$(date +'%Y/%m/%d %H:%m:%S') \t $1" >> ${LOGFILE};
            fi
    }
    ###########################################################

    FILE=$(basename "$1");

    if ; then
            log "- PosterFile $POSTERPATH/$FILE.jpg copyed to: $2";
    cp "$POSTERPATH/$FILE.jpg"  $2
    else
    log "PosterFile $POSTERPATH/nopic.jpg copyed to: $2";
    cp "$POSTERPATH/nopic.jpg"  $2
    fi

    Why Mediatomb is opening this File? Why he is not waiting for the Script to create this file automatical?
    The Script will take some milliseconds to do that, but how when the File ist opened from Mediatomb?

    Can anyone give me a kick in the right direction to solve this problem? I real hate the thumbnailers Thumbnails!

    (The Config.xml got the mt-poster standard settings)
