#32 Missing Video BitRate and have Nominal BitRate instead

Hello,
I have an issue with getting the video bitrate value.

The same parameter is not always available.
When I exec mediaInfo on different CBR Transport Streams, I sometimes get the "BitRate" and other times the "BitRate_Nominal".

Can you help me understand what is the difference ?
Is it normal that I sometimes do not have a BitRate info ?
