Hi Jerome,

We are looking at the "StreamOrder" of audio streams in order to define the order, and these files show a value of 2 for the first audio track instead of 1 in all other MOV files we've got so far. The video is 0 and there is no 1.

Any idea what causes this?

I've attached a sample.

It is due to a track with ID "0" referenced in the chapter list and it adds a stream order (1 in that case) and it should not.
bug in MI.
