Hello!
Mediainfo for Mac customer here, and I have one request please.
Right now video files are associated to the app, which is great. It means we can drag & drop video files to the Mediainfo application in Finder, or to the icon in the dock, or we can right-click the video file and use the "Open with..." menu to choose the app, and then Mediainfo will automatically open the file.
This is currently not possible with image files. I mess around with graphics, and I often need to see the technical properties of an image file. The shortcuts I mentioned above are not available. You have to either open the file from within the app, or go through complicated multistep menu 'open with' > 'other...' > etc
Looking at the 'cfbundledocumenttypes' in the app plist file, I can see the app has been associated with various video and audio files, but not the 'public.images' UTI. Maybe that's all it needs?
I would very much appreciate this feature for my work.
Thanks
Joe
