I record videos to my computer in TS format using a Hauppauge PVR and the program Arcsoft Showbiz. I make certain the program says Constant bitrate, however when I open each file with mediainfo, it says Overall bitrate is Variable. Am I doing something wrong?
I need a sample file for checking if the VBR detection algorithm is wrong or not.
