#938 LAME MP3 encoder settings not properly detected

When analyzing an MP3 file encoded with LAME, "Encoder settings" field in MediaInfo shows incorrect encoder settings. Basically, it detects CBR files as having been encoded as VBR.

Attached to this message is a screenshot example of a CBR 320kbps MP3 file analyzed in MediaInfo. "Encoder settings" field in this example reads: "-m j -V 4 -q 3 -lowpass 20.5". No mention of -b or --cbr.
