#933 Cannot Read ACC Bitrate
MediaInfo refuses to return the audio bitrate of some files. Here's an example

This is a file downloaded from YouTube in the optimal way. In this case, WebM stream is best while 256kb ACC is best. I merged both as a MKV file.
