Maybe (likely :-) it is only me, preference "show menu" and "don't show toolbar" works in 0.7.66.0 (not tested: 0.7.65.0).

However, the opposite is noted in the plugin CFG file, but "show only toolbar" is not honoured at startup (tested: 0.7.66.0 and 0.7.65.0). Manually switching to this mode works as expected.

    I think you try to edit the cfg in C:\Program files, but this file is actually cached by Windows since Windows Vista and the software is not able anymore to read the modified version (it reads the cached file). So you edit the "wrong" file (the one the software does not read). I need to move the config file in the user profile.
