#1062 H264 raw stream wrongly detected as H263 with wrong resolution
The attached image gets wrongly detected as H.263 (with wrong resolution) when it's H.264.
File get's properly detected when muxing it with mkvtoolnix to mkv.
-> seems like the h264 raw file analysis doesn't properly handle the file
