#5 distribution list needs feedback while dragging

The DistributionListList is not providing any feedback
indicating which distribution list is the target. Some
type of highlight would be beneficial.

Test case:
Open the distribution lists window.
Drag a media file over the distribution lists. There
is no highlight to tell you where the cursor is.
