#493 Minor: Fanart not following Fanart Sizing

Must start to say that i like Media Companion a lot, you are doing a really great job with it.

I found another small but annoying thing, the Fanart tab for movies does not follow the Fanart Sizing setup in common settings. Only for movies thou, it works for MovieSet fanart, it also works in the Fanart.Tv tab for fanart. So looks to be only Fanart tab and for Movies the "Save Hi-Res" button.
