The KODI skin I have has the list on the left and a poster on the right, and many times the fanart has the subject matter on the right which gets covered by the poster. Might be nice to be able to pick an image, flip it and use it.

Nope, sorry, you need to click a different button.
On Movie Fanart tab, once Mirrored, the Save Changed button is enabled.
On TV Fanart tab, once Mirrored, the Save Cropped button will appear.
Use these buttons to save Mirrored image.

MC doesn't do much in the way of Image manipulation. Probably best to open the folder of the effected poster, and edit in your preferred image editor.
Have added a Mirror button to TV and Movie Fanart tab. Will be in the next release.
Seems not to work... it flips image but when I click save it reverts back again.
I'm an idiot, its only saving the selected fanart. Duh!

Yup that worked... though a bit confusing for save cropped, since well, nothing was cropped. Save changes? maybe?
