Only one directory (with or without subdirectories) can be selected per backup run.

This means that if you have a directory with 3 subdirectories and you would want to back up 2 of the subdirectories, you will need to run the script twice. Once for each subdirectory.

This should not be nescessary. Instead, both subdirectories should be selectable and be backed up in the same backup run.
