[meddix-users] Help required

Dear Alistair,
I am an offshore paramedic and using Meddix as a tool for the clinic. 
However, I am experiencing many problems in trying to do so.
I wonder if you could assist or point me in the right direction?
1. I am unable to use the "dispensation drop down" facility. It will not 
select any consumables.
2. In the help index there is a "getting started" link, but when opened, 
there is no information there.
3. The Meddix link takes ages to open.
4. There is no choice for "Malaria Prophylaxis" which is used regularly out 
here.
5. Also there is no "save" facility after entering new data, so it 
sometimes is lost and has to be redone.
I would really like to take advantage of this programme, but it is 
extremely difficult to do so and not user friendly. I have also tried to 
download the upgrades, but that does not seem to have made any difference 
in the performance of the programme.
Please could you point me in the right direction?
