Create a Bootable USB on Windows

There are so many USB burning utilities on Windows that you can't really go wrong. Personally, I find Rufus to get the job done. UNetbootin is another great alternative.

NOTE: USB should be formatted as FAT32

I really do not recommend using the command line on Windows for this task. I have had a lot of problems with it, and the alternatives are simply easier and more reliable. If you are really keen on trying it out, head over to the Arch Wiki to find some instructions.
