0.2.5 Release

It is that time of year again(well for the first time anyway). Yes, it is about time to unveil an intermediate release of MEASJ.

Items of Note are:

* The interleavings acutally work they way they are supposed to :)
* logical design changes to the core frame work and components, but no API changes rest assured

We are slating official release at the end of January, and no NO CVS commits have been made yet, so dont go snooping :)\
