I've already used that example and implemented one. It works fine in training part. I wasn't sure about what exactly happen in the execution step.

It's quite experimental and untested, but shows one possible way to
implement a DBN in MDP.

You could also go the route of writing a DBN node directly (there is
the original example from Pietro on that page as well). This is
probably the much safer and easier way.

I'm absolutely not an expert for DBNs, so I can't really help you
beyond this proof of concept.
