#1 Trajectory reader calculation module

This module would allow to read an existing XTC trajectory and use it as "calculation module" sending all coordinates sequentially.

This can be used for performance measures, eg VMD vs VTK.

The code can be based on the already existing module in SHAMANalysis by Marc.
