This patch adds an -L switch option that causes mdb-export to strip CR and LF codes from text fields in the csv output.

The patch was developed for the cvs version of mdb-export as of 20th June 2008.

It's my first ever serious C coding so be gentle with me!

Two files are attached - the diff/patch and the whole .c file.
