#43 add --disable-util option + small RPM fix

This patch adds --disable-util option that, together
with --disable-gmdb2, allows building only the LGPL-ed
part of mdbtools. This is specially usefull in
OpenOffice.org which is released under LGPL and cannot
include any GPL-ed code.
The patch also fixes a minor issue with rpmbuild and
allows the distribution tarball to be rpm-able directly
(rpmbuild -ta tarballname).
