#29 UTF-8 and memo support

This patch could use with the source code in CVS at
27-Jul-2004. It fixed UCS-2 strings in MDB file to
UTF-8 strings. This works only with Jet4 databases. The
Jet3 databases does not use UCS-2 in strings format.
Any comments could post in mdbtools mail list.

This fix also to view memo columns until 64k UCS-2
characters.
