[mdb-dev] Patch to solve mdb-sql core dumping

Hi folks,

in the last CVS of the mdb-tools, mdb-sql dumped a core because of a
simple error. Attached is the patch that solves the problem. I also
included a small addition, which allows me to call mdb-sql from scripts
in a quite interactive way. I rely on this feature for a lot of scripts
which I don't want to port to Java or any other language. They work and
that's (more than) enough for me.
