[mdb-dev] new home page

Attached is a reworked home page that mentions the java port. Making it more 
visible.  A java port is useful for anyone coding in java as it's much 
easier to setup than the jdbc-odbc route.
Could someone please post this?
I just checked in my latest code and it compiles cleanly now.  If you want I 
can also supply a build of the current code to place in the download 
section.  which is what the download link should point to.
