[mdb-dev] java - sql parser now parses common sql

the java sql parser is now good enough to parse common sql, if your using it 
and find a sql it can't parse let me know.  Of course the engine can't 
execute much,  I'm now off to re-write the engine to support all the sql the 
parser does.
