[mdb-dev] malloc vs. g_malloc

Brian,

In mdbtools, I see no logic to why malloc/free is used in some places while
g_malloc/g_free is used in others.  If we are going to use GLib, let's use
it consistently.  Any objection to changing malloc/free to g_malloc/g_free?
