[mdb-dev] New mdb_crack_row() implementations

Hi all,

I've just checked in new implementations for the mdb_crack_row[34]()
routines.  These should get all the details right regarding deleted
and added columns in all permutations for both Jet 3 and 4 databases.

As these routines are rather central to the functioning of MDB Tools,
I'd like to get some feedback on any crashes or regressions as well as
if this fixes problems some have experienced with mdb-export having
nonsensical data.

If I don't hear any bad news on this, I have a memo field bug to
straighten out and then I'll be releasing 0.6pre1 and moving on to
(finally) get mdb-import working.
