[mdb-dev] Compiling out of the box

FWIW, I am excited to finally have this sequence working for me with no intervention:

  cvs co mdbtools
  cd mdbtools
  ./autogen.sh --prefix=$HOME/odbc --with-unixodbc=$HOME/odbc
  make
  make install

My change to configure.in helped --with-unixodbc work fully, and updating acinclude.m4 to
the latest libtool.m4 kept me from having to hand-edit the generated libtool every time
that autogen.sh was run.
