[mdb-dev] More cruft

The only config.h.in being utilized is in include/.  Please remove all others:

./config.h.in
./src/extras/config.h.in
./src/config.h.in
./src/include/config.h.in -- Of course, you are deleting this whole directory, right? :-)
./src/libmdb/config.h.in
./src/util/config.h.in
