Re: [mdb-dev] ODBC driver configuration

This stuff is all checked in.  You can now specify the libmdbodbc
library as both the driver and setup libs.  I'm going to look into
creating a link to libmdbodbcS for convenience purposes, just not sure
the proper way to do it in the Makefile.am yet.
